Several users have reported strange behavior with their Eiffel Pico USB. After investigation, it appears that firmware version 7.2.1 is buggy and is causing the Pi Pico to crash.
As a result, this version has been removed from GitHub.
I have reverted to previous versions and released a much more stable firmware, version 7.1.0. However, this firmware does not include language selection; you will need to download your preferred language, as with versions 1.x.x.
I will add the language selection option again in a future version.
