Fixed joystick firing bug
The fire button on a DB9 joystick plugged into Joy1 now works, regardless of the activation state of the USB mouse.
Improved interface
Some texts in English and German have been corrected.

To update the firmware:
- Disconnect the USB flat cable from the Pico
- Connect the Pico to your computer while holding down the "BOOTSEL" button. The Pico should behave like a USB flash drive,
- Drag-drop the atari_ikbd_v9.0.3.uf2 file into the Pico folder; it will update automatically,
- Reconnect the flat USB cable to the Pico.
