Based on the work of Field of Cows, improved by TrickyDee and reworked by me, the’Atari Eiffel Pico USB Emulates the HD6301 chip from Atari keyboards. Your Atari will think it's connected to an original keyboard!
The latest firmware update includes the following features:

Emulation of Atari keyboards in the different TOS languages US English, UK English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Swiss, Danish, Swedish & Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, Polish.
Adjustable USB mouse speed, to accommodate all types of mice.
Atari-origin or compatible mouse supported On the DB-9 port for the purists.
Adjustable dead zone for USB joysticks.
Adjustable autofire for USB and DB-9 joysticks.

Compatible with up to 4 USB devices and 2 Atari devices
The Atari Eiffel Pico USB supports up to 4 USB devices: keyboard, mouse, and joysticks. However, be aware that some models, such as keyboards with integrated USB hubs, are not compatible.

In addition to its USB compatibility, the adapter includes 2 joystick ports (Joy0 and Joy1), allowing you to connect two standard Atari joystick, for an authentic retro experience.
Plug & Play adapter
The Atari Eiffel Pico USB is powered entirely by your Atari and requires no drivers. Plug & Play, it works immediately after connection. A straight RJ12 (6P6C) cable is required for connection (not included).
Each Atari Eiffel Pico USB is tested before shipping.

STL files are provided after purchase to 3D print a case that perfectly fits your Atari Eiffel Pico USB.
Did you know? The name Eiffel comes from the initials of the inventor of the adaptor, Laurent Favard. In French, "F.L. Project" sounds like "Eiffel Project".

I would strongly recommend this to anyone who has a MegaST and wants to enjoy it instead of struggling with the original mouse and keyboard.
This is a lovely product, the PCB is clean and well laid out, the solder work is excellent, and most important of all «It just works».
Using the onboard controls to change the display language and mouse speeds is straightforward and intuitive.
You'll notice I gave it 4 out of 5, not 5 though.
The reason for this is because on mine, the «reset» button seems to have been damaged in transit; it’s held in its little frame, but the button won’t push at all.
I'm not intending to do anything about it because it all works without a reset anyway.
For reference, I'm using it with a Logitech M105 corded mouse and an HP KU-0316 keyboard, and it performs flawlessly.

The Eiffel and the assistance I received were extraordinary. They went above and beyond in helping me. I am currently using the Eiffel with a generic USB keyboard and mouse that look period correct and match my Mega ST. I have tried it with several different keyboards, and I currently haven't had issues with any that I've tried. It is an excellent product.
